Position: Hospital Program Assistant

Health Equity International/St. Boniface Hospital (HEI/SBH) is committed to working side-by-side with the people of Haiti to break the cycle of poverty and alleviate suffering through health care, education, and community development. HEI is a non-governmental organization headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, that supports and engages in the provision of quality health care, education, and community development in Fond des Blancs, with a field presence of over 500 staff. We work toward the goal of building healthy, independent, and self-sustaining communities. The Hospital Program Assistant will work closely with the Deputy Director General of SBH and report to the Chief Program Officer, based in the US.
HEI/SBH is seeking a Hospital Program Assistant who will have the primary responsibility of collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams at St. Boniface Hospital and Programs staff in the US. S/he will be responsible for gathering programmatic data and information, monitoring and evaluating program activities, reporting key achievements, and providing administrative support for program-specific trainings, conferences, and meetings. The position is dynamic in nature and requires ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, including teams in Fond des Blancs and Boston/US. This is a full-time position.
