Joseph Alneur Surin
Director of Accounting - Haiti
Alneur joined HEI/SBH in November 2008. Originally from Les Cayes, Haiti, Alneur earned a diploma in law from la Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Economiques des Cayes, a diploma in accounting from la Faculté Julien Cran and a diploma in management from the American University of the Caribbean. Alneur taught math, English and accounting in high schools and colleges in Les Cayes and also worked as a finance manager for the NGO CARE before coming to St. Boniface. He works out of Fond des Blancs, Haiti.
