Sharon McNally

Sharon McNally is the President of Camp Harbor View, where she has led its work since its founding in 2007. Camp Harbor View partners with Boston teens and families through year-round youth programs and family services to cultivate long-term opportunity for young people and economic stability and mobility for families. She is also the Chief of Staff in the Connors Family Office, where she supports the civic, political, and business activities of Jack Connors, Jr., founder and former CEO of Hill Holliday. Prior to joining Camp Harbor View, Sharon was a member of the Development team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she also sat on the Women’s Health Leadership Council.

An active community volunteer leader, Sharon is the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare where she remains a member.

In addition, she is a past Chair of the Board of the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston; a member of the Board of Directors of Camp Harbor View; a member of the Board of Directors of Community Servings and a member of the Clergy Health and Retirement Fund of the Archdiocese of Boston, where she chairs the Advancement Committee.  She also chairs the Development Committee at St. Cecilia’s Parish in Boston’s Back Bay.

Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government at Colby College. A lifelong Boston-area resident, she and her husband live in Boston and have three grown children and nine grandchildren.
