Dr. Berthony Guerrier
Head of Obstetrics & Gynecology, SBH
Dr. Guerrier has been St. Boniface Hospital’s OB/GYN for 17 years, during which time he has delivered thousands of babies and spent many sleepless nights on call. He was instrumental in planning the new MNCH Center and is now its director. Dr. Guerrier also manages his staff, treats patients, supervises care delivery, and trains OB/GYN residents. Originally from the small town of Petit Goâve in Southern Haiti, Dr. Guerrier was inspired to attend medical school in Port-au-Prince after seeing the lack of access to healthcare in his community growing up.
